Discovery
Start with the business.
We discuss your audience, goals, existing website, content, and the features your customers actually need.
OUR PROCESS
A website project works better when everyone understands the next step. Here is how we approach the work together.
Discovery
We discuss your audience, goals, existing website, content, and the features your customers actually need.
Proposal
Together, we confirm pages, functionality, responsibilities, costs, exclusions, and the conditions for delivery.
Content & accounts
Gather approved copy and assets, establish company-owned accounts, and grant the access needed for the work.
Design
Shape the design system, key pages, and visitor journeys into a direction you can review.
Development
Build the approved pages and interactions, with responsive behavior and maintainable code.
Review & testing
Review content, test essential journeys, and resolve issues before the release is approved.
Launch
Deploy the approved release, connect the agreed domain, and verify the production experience.
Management
Handle the ongoing updates and support included in the agreement, with clear limits and responsibilities.
06A LITTLE CLARITY
Know what to expect before
your project begins.
Every project starts with its scope. Pages, content, functionality, integrations, and ongoing support all affect the proposal. We confirm the work and its costs before development begins.
Timing depends on the agreed scope, the content and access available, and review and approval stages. Your proposal sets the delivery expectations for your project.
The approach is client-owned domain, hosting, and infrastructure accounts, with appropriate management access for MORPH. Deliverables, rights, and third-party licenses are defined in your agreement.
Ongoing management can be included in your agreement. We define the update allowance, request channel, turnaround expectations, and work that needs a separate quote.
Yes. We begin by reviewing the existing content and customer journeys, then agree which material to retain, improve, migrate, or replace.
We assess the requirements and provider options before including them in a proposal. Secure administration, data storage, subscriptions, and third-party costs are scoped explicitly.
We help establish the agreed hosting and domain arrangement. Technical search setup, structured data, sitemap work, and Search Console tasks can be specified in the proposal. Rankings and indexing are not guaranteed.
Describe your business, your current website if you have one, and what you want the new experience to do. That gives us a useful starting point for discovery.
